The Institute
Founder’s Vision: The universe is constantly aligning and realigning itself to maintain its cosmic rhythm and balance through its inevitable changes and cycles. What occurs within the macrocosm of the universe also unfolds within the microcosm of our bodies.
I believe, to navigate through these changes within our bodies, nature has gifted us with the art of movement, which we call ‘Dance’. Movement allows us to creatively, rhythmically, harmoniously, and joyfully flow with the ever-changing vibrations of the body and mind.
Through Prashanthi Chitre Institute of Performing Arts (PCIPA), our vision is to create a space where movement takes center stage—a sanctuary to feel, to express, and to heal. Our mission is to rekindle the joy of movement in everyone, through the connection to our roots, the expression of our hearts, and the alignment of body, mind, and soul.
